Sheraton Vistana Fountains

I have a 2/2 every year at Sheraton Vistana Fountains. It is an annual float week (deeded as unit 1330 week 51). Annual Maint and Taxes are $896.32

Usage is available immediately, taxes/maintenance are also due now. I will transfer ownership free of charge, but taxes/maint and transfer must be paid by you.

If interested, please let me know. There is no mortgage on the property.
