want to give back part of bluegreen ownership

I have an annual contract for 116,000 points with Bluegreen. Essentially, I "own" fifteen or so specific units/weeks. I'd like to split it in half so I can sell half and keep the rest. Bluegreen says they can't/won't. Any ideas?

Are you sure it’s only one contract all deeded at one resort? Im deeded at two separate resorts with two contracts. I hope to sell just one of them.

Are you saying you asked Bluegreen to take back 7 contracts and they said no? You can sell or give those away to those that want more points. If you are giving them away Bluegreen might even step in and take them. You need to figure out exactly what you own and which contracts you don't want.
