They are all paid for. There are billing me $19 a month for maintenance. We cannot use it anymore because of my husband's health problems.

I have not yet researched what it would take to give it away.

I think it would be more helpful if you could be more specific about what exactly it is you are trying to give away. Your post is confusing - is this a timeshare week, or points, or simply a vacation club membership, or what? What benefits does ownership convey (where and when can it be used), etc. Thank you.
