New here. I am looking to buy VI permanent points.
 
There is one currently for sale on eBay by JJ timeshares (good reseller). Has 220 points and no bids yet.

If I purchase points does the buyer or seller contact VI? I have no idea about the process. I just know that I need more points!

Probably no bids because of the starting price of $1150.00. Most of the time Vacation Internationale resales on ebay are less than $300 with no closing costs and some points available. That being said , 220 points is a good amount of points.

There is a twice monthly update from a person that owns VI points where he lists all contracts he knows about that are for sale. Will try and send the link. Yesterday he said they raised over $33000 to give to the people at the Torres Vallarta. I found this a wonderfully positive message. His name is Ron Andersen if you PM me will try and get you on the list as it is an email so I don't think I can link you. Generally prices are good.
