walking reservation

I am trying to walk my reservation to a check in in Dec 2020 and check out in Jan 2021 but I keep getting an error message. I thought as long as the reservation began in the current year it could end in the following year.

Thanks, I'll have to call to get add the 1st and 2nd. But then do you think it will let me walk it to the third or will I have to call them again?

Yes. You would need to call again to add Jan 3rd. From my experience, any changes/modifications you need to make to an existing reservation that crosses calendar years will need to be called in.

Just walked across the calendar as well. You'll have to call every morning to add the day, even after you have the other days in January. Thanks to TUG, i was prepared as this was my first reservation spanning the year change.

West Coast = Love that 9pm online reservation...hate that 5am morning call in this instance.
