Oh absolutely. Except if you could see how many are setting off fireworks- all are illegal on oahu- even sparklers- the usage rate among residents is much higher than illicit drugs. Its crazy. The laws for fireworks are as confusing as our travel tasting and quaratine requirements. They have changed multiple tines throughout the years. Yet almost no enforcement exists for the fireworks.

I will not argue with your thoughts about the widespread use of illegal use of fireworks on Oahu. Perhaps the coronavirus restrictions on social distancing led to more widespread use than normal. People knew that the major fireworks near the Duke's Statue was not happening and the restrictions on getting together for private parties led to people having more small individual household fireworks parties. While the fireworks usage is mainly on July 4th and New Years Eve, since it is year round I believe you are underestimating the usage of illicit drugs among residents.

Nope usage was normal. :) and its mainlg new years eve. Mimimal use on the 4th.
