All,

I'm looking for a short-stay (3 nights -- Fri/Sat/Sun) on Waikiki before continuing on to another property, and thinking the Beach Walk could be a great fit.

The problem is that I only have enough points for a 1BR Deluxe (this is prime summer) and there are five of us (2 adults, 3 kids). I could rent points from Wyndham to upgrade to the 2BR and may do that depending on the feedback received here.

Can anyone comment on how tight a fit the 1BR Deluxe would be for our family? Kids are 11/9/6 years old.

Please advise and thanks!

Watch Max Occupancy

Regardless of whether your family would "fit," you may run up against maximum occupancy limits -- four in the case of a 1BR unit at Beach Walk.

The question becomes how zealously does the resort enforce such limits and that may depend on the local fire marshall.

I'd call the resort and explain the situation. Far better to find out that way than at check-in.

Since it's only for a few nights, what about the Imperial of Waikiki, right next to the Beach Walk? You may be able to get something there that would work for you.
