I saw Emerald Grande about a month ago on the site and today I see Dye Villas in Myrtle Beach. Wyndham added 6 properties over the last year and a half. Even though most of them are in similar places to where they already have properties, I can't complain about the added selection of resorts.

It would be great if they did some WAAM properties at destinations without Wyndham properties like Miami, Key West, Clearwater, Fort Myers as these cities have been hit hard with the economic down turn. These are just some cities in Florida, much less the rest of the country. As you stated already we will always welcome new properties.

I tried to convince the Wyndham people to take a look at a 250 unit building on the River in Ft Myers...They said it was too far from the beach (15 miles from Sanibel or Ft Myers Beach)....I also suggested 300 bank owned weeks at a small resort in Naples walking distance to the beach..."too small to support a sales staff", they said...

I believe that they want something here in SW Florida...I hope to find it for them

Ron,
Thanks keep showing them opportunities in SW Florida. It is so beautiful down there. I am surprised they want such a large development to sell in that area.
