VRI/MROP office closed - covid

We need to cancel/change a reservation but all offices are closed indefinitely.
What do we do? Very afraid to show up without an updated confirmation. With a hip transplant 3 days ago can't risk international travel.
We are left no information on how to proceed
Are there any out there with help lines for VRI?

Had to cancel my trip the month before...

VRI/MROP office is still open with reduced hours.

Thanks, I did get ahold of them.
They are working remotely and sometimes they just time out after being on hold then auto-disconnect but at least someone is working if you are patient.

Some agents are not up on the MROP system of points as well so that means call back and hope for another agent.
Anyway, reserved a Maui week in May '22 for Lahaina ( Kuleana Club ) and used up some points, so the time paid off.
