Vri*ety / RCI Exchanges ? Inventory ?

This was posted a few months ago with no final answer.

Once you exchange a week with Vri*ety or RCI
CAN you AGAIN exchange with the other ?

And RCI is the call center for Vri*ety correct ??
They cannot check inventory of both ??? Why

Vri*ety just like RCI told me I must bank the week to search inventory correct ?
