I just got a call from Jonathon Moyer from www.onlinevpm.com 1800-650-1438x804.

He kept saying he wanted to buy my points which I kept correcting him where options in the Starwood program, but that I had to pay a 695fee. If they are purchasing my time/options why would I need to pay a fee. He got into this they don't have a real estate license so cant charge "commission" monologue.

Sounds too good to be true. He claimed to want to pay me $2800 for every week of the Sheraton Vistana I could give him and that he would call me 45 days prior to the checkin he needed.

Oh well, does anyone have any experience with this company? He sounded like a sale shark to me.

I told him that he is welcome to rent my places but I will never pay money for services in advance of services rendered.

Your instincts are good - this is completely bogus. You should never pay and upfront fee to rent or sell your timeshare.

And no, Sheraton Vistana does not rent for $2,800 a week - it rents for about 1/3 of that.
