Von's Road Trippin Again

I know some of my TUG friends have enjoyed my past road trip blogs so I thought I'd share the link to the blog I plan on doing on my upcoming trip to New England and Canada.

I will be leaving Milwaukee on Friday 9/25 driving east with a stop in New York, then on to Acadia Nat'l Park in Maine. From there, it's up to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. My return will be back through New Hampshire and Vermont at what should be the peak of the fall colors. I should be home on Sunday 10/11.

While I will have a mix of B&B's, lodges and camping I know I won't have WiFi access every day/night so posting may be sporadic at times. I hope folks will want to follow along if only for the photos.

Von, I know it's probably a typo, but the OCD speller in me has to mention this: It's Acadia, and Arcadia. No R in the word.

It's sounds like a great road trip.

I got an exchange for a resort in Nova Scotia for next July. I have just now started the planning and am very excited.

Happy to help. I knew what you intended, just didn't want you to spend lots of time writing your blog with the wrong word all through it.

And then, my OCD spelling notwithstanding, with your quoted reply I noticed that I screwed up my own statement: I meant to type "Acadia, NOT Arcadia." Instead, I typed AND instead of NOT. <shaking my head> Whoops!
