Tuggers, any experiences (good or bad) with either VividSeats of StubHub? Looking to buy some last minute tickets to the USC v. Colorado football game in Boulder next week. I've read some reviews online and both seem to be okay.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Both are reputable. I have resold tickets on both sites for many years. (StubHub longer). As a buyer you are fully protected on both sites against inactive or fraudulent tickets.

Shop them both to find the best price on the seats that you are looking for and go for it. Enjoy the game!

We've only used stubhub (but multiple times) and have been pleased for the most part. We have used them to purchase tickets.

A few years ago we had a problem with some tickets for an NCAA Sweet Sixteen game - a friend bought tickets for our group and they were to be FedExe'd to us a day before the game. No tickets arrived and then the selling party tried to claim that they no longer wanted to sell the tickets. We had some stressful moments but in the end we received the tickets. I'm not sure what Stubhub did/said to the seller, but we received the tickets that we purchased - but just two hours before we had to leave to drive to the arena. Now when we order, I try to purchase tickets that can be delivered electronically instead of getting the paper tickets delivered, but sometimes that is your only option.

Thank you both! We ended up purchasing through StubHub. It had a cheaper base ticket price + fees combination for the same/comparable seats on VividSeats. (Boy those additional fees really jack up the final price!). For the seats we selected, we were able to download the tickets within minutes after the purchase -- which was reassuring with just a week to go before the event. Now, hopefully, there won't be any problems using the downloaded tickets! :ignore: :p

I've bought (no problems) and sold on StubHub. For sellers, they're very clear about what to do and how to get the tickets to the buyer. They also have good customer service--very easy to get someone on the phone and their online chat is good, too.

They used to have their website set up so that the price the buyer saw was the final price, fees included. Now you have to toggle to Advanced Settings to do that, and yeah, it's a shock. I don't know why they made this change, since they used to do a lot of advertising showing that their prices were FINAL prices. I don't think anyone likes this new way of doing things, buyers or sellers.
