Works for me now. It does take a while to actually load after entering my login information. It stays white for maybe 10 or 20 seconds before it goes on to load.

Does any major Timeshare Company have a fully functioning WEB Site? Apparently not Vistana, Wyndumb, or Worldmark.

The DVC website is very functional. And the phone reps are very knowledgeable. If I have something too complicated to do on the website, I actually look forward to calling in. It will be a pleasant and efficient experience!

We can’t reach the elite level phone number anymore? Has the number(s) changed?

What a total joke, of course the website is non-responsive and calling in is just as bad - wait times OVER one hour. Yes, I know the deadline for some is today - the business should be planning to accommodate if they don't have a functioning website or heck, have a functioning website.

Today is the deadline to elect Club Points on a VOI for most owners.

I could not get on this morning. On Safari, Vistana.com did not work at all. On MarriottVacationClub.com I was able to select the Westin/Sheraton link, tried to log on but it said my password was not good. I tried to reset password, actually entered a new password but got a notice the reset link was invalid. With Chrome, Vistana.com did not work and on the MarriottVacationClub.com link, it did not show the option to link to Sheraton/Westin. This is horrible!

It's really been difficult lately.

I think most of the websites work pretty well. Wyndham works more than Vistana, and that does not say much for Vistana. Wyndham, I can usually book what I want without any issues. WorldMark has been difficult at times, and it's also run by Wyndham.

Yes. Thus I had to include "most" in my prior comment.

Thanks. I was just double checking. Without logging in, it is hard to check on the benefits of that level. I may want to convert a week and had it set in my mind that I have until the end of October to do it. I'll try in a few days. I see I should do it sooner rather than let it get close to the deadline.

Yeah, don't wait for the deadline.

Just now (4:20 pm CDT) I was able to log in and convert one of my weeks to Club Points. I logged in by going to Vistana.com/dashboard.

Club Points would have to be banked by the end of August (4 months before the end of the use year) by the higher status levels.

Does the website ever work??? I have been trying to use it for the last 3 days. It seems like it's this way every time I try and I don't use it very often. Very frustrating. I am not a fan of Marriott at this point! They can and should do better!

I was able to make three separate Vistana reservations this morning without any issues. Got my confirmations with the Bonvoy reservation numbers right away.

I can’t log in either. It says my username or password aren’t correct, but they are - and when I try to reset my password by entering my username, it says “An unknown error occurred.”

Is this part of their strategy to get people to trade in their Vistana ownerships and buy Club Points? Because it certainly doesn’t make me want to give them more money.

I am able to log in without issue. I can then search for reservation availability both with Staroptions and Club Points. I tried just before posting this.

Thanks for posting, it's very strange, I am able to log in on my computer, but it fails every time on my iPad. Not sure why that would be. But your post is what inspired me to go try on a different device, so thanks for that.

Just saw your post. I had logged in from my Mac earlier, using the Safari browser.. I just tried again from my iPad and it worked too. I have the iPad set up to request the desktop site.

I tried requesting the mobile site, logged out and was able to log back in.
of course it is a lot later now, so maybe they fixed their issue.

Just tried again, still doesn’t work on iPad. Tried on iPhone and it works there. What a strange problem. I will try rebooting the iPad.
