May be regional. Still getting the gateway timeout error. Part of which reported “Cloudflare Location: San Jose”. So I shut off WiFi and switched to cellular and it worked.

We’re currently at WKORN and tried to access the dashboard at 7 pm local time last night (12 am Orlando time) to book for next year. Tried both laptop and mobile device; no luck. We were able to call this morning to book. Several other owners this morning are reporting experiencing the same problems using a variety of devices.

I can get into the website but I can't make a reservation for SVV. It just spins and spins and spins. I can book any other property. Oddly if I searched SBP, it pulled up SVV inventory for the same dates under the Alternate properties area but just once. Also in my Marriott app the existing reservation for SVV generates all kind of errors if you try to open it. On Marriott's website it can't pull up any reservations when I log on to my account. Something's going on there! Maybe related to when they cut over to Marriott's reservation system recently.

Been trying for 15 minutes. Getting the same message. Took a screenshot. We own ocean front center Maui and it is really hard to book inside 365 days to the second. Very frustrating.

That website is a disaster. But I got an email from Marriott this morning with a welcome to Sheraton Desert Oasis for next month. So I guess maybe an update to the website?
