First time using my brand new staroptions. If I book premium 1 bedroom does property decide what phase I will end up in? I own in Bella but am not using that specific week..using staroptions.

Pretty much. I own in St. Aug and haven't stayed in that section yet.

If you book less than 8 month in advance, the actual phase of the unit you own won't have an impact! If you book within 12-8 months of arrival (your home resort preference period), you will likely end up in Bella. I personally love the Key West phase since it's so quiet, but many like St. Augustine as well, with its pirate ship pool and water slide.

I wasn't a fan of the 1BR Premium unit they placed us in in St Augustine. The patio had a parking lot view. We had only booked a regular 1BR but they thought they were doing us a favor by upgrading us. After checking out the room, I asked to be moved back down to a standard in Key West.
