I just got my annual dues for my 2BR LO gold plus at Bella ( 81 SO ) 1798. $ ! I wonder if it would be better to sell for something else in their system ...By comparison, my Lagunamar EOY 2BR LO Platinum plus is 829 ( so basically the same price per usage ) but what a resort !

Your Bella unit comes with StarOptions. Anything else in the Vistana system that comes with 81K transferable StarOptions and lower maintenance fees will cost a minimum of several thousand dollars (e.g. Kierland 1bd Premium plat + for ~$8,000). Yes, your MF's are a couple hundred more than you would like, but you are in a reasonable place and probably want to avoid the transaction cost and headache for minimal improvement.

Time to buy Platinum.
One of the reasons why I am going through deedback program for our WDW. Almost 2k MF and it’s only Gold Plus.

It’s a deedback so I have to pay a yr of MF.
They do have their resale program but I know they won’t be able to sell it because I couldn’t for a buck.

You maybe able to sell it yourself though.

That about right it seems buy a 95,700 lock out at the very least. But Bella is mandatory so when you sell the star options will transfer. Although it will be hard to give it away for 81K
