This may be a stupid question but I will ask it anyway. I have been looking at resale units for Sheraton Vistana Resort for a month or two now and have noticed there are many Fountains units avaliable on the resale market compared to avaliable units in the other sections of the resort. Most of the Fountain unit resales are floating weeks in the red season. Can anyone tell me why this seems to be the case? Does the availibility have something to do with the fact that the Fountains have already been renovated and all the special assessments for those renovations already paid by the owners?
