Hello,

I'm looking to give away my Sheraton Vistana Resort Lakes Annual 1BR floating week.
These are great because of the lower fees however if you'd like to bank it with interval you can almost always get 2BR units.
Yearly fees are in the $470 range. 2012's fees are due and are $430 (i overpaid last year).
