Looking for stand alone rental for two weeks - my niece has a handicapped young adult and needs to be away from house during day while special adaptations are done to the house so she doesn't get in there way. They won't even be sleeping at this rental - will be going home because she needs to sleep in her room - but I can't get her a condo because of her disabilities she doesn't do well around a large group. Just hoping someone might know of something. I know it's a long shot. Needs June 2nd for about two weeks - if you know anyone who hasn't rented their vacation house and would let go for a good price please message me.

Have you check the Sand BrIdge area in Va Beach for a rental home?
They are not cheap.

She has found one in Sandbridge that is $2500 for the two weeks which is good and she will probably take - I was hoping someone might have one or know of one for less. I was hoping if she has to pay that much she might get one closer to her home. I know a long shot.

This is high beach season for Virginia Beach.

Where in The Beach, along the strip near the hotel & the beach, Rudee Inlet, Lynnhaven section or Oceana near the Navy air base,
If you are military connected the military rent quarters base upon military rank. Some are single homes and some are duplexes.
I came only give you suggestion. My final suggestion check some VA Beach real estate agents. Their should be plenty of homes up for grab.
Again June is beach season in Virginia.
