Normally I wouldn't subject myself to these, but we'll be in Cabo for 2 weeks in Feb/Mar and just wondering what gifts the Villas Los Arcos folks might have for doing a ts tour (besides I want to see this resort)......maybe tickets for the America's Cup tour???

Resorts Owned
Once owned these: FirstFairway@Walden X 2; Lawai Beach; ManhattanClub; PuebloBonitoRose; 4 South Africa--now timeshare-free
The name of the resort is Villa del Arco. Normally the guys who sign you up for a tour at any of the timeshares have a budget they work with for gifts. Ask them for whatever you want, and see what they say. It seems like many resorts are offering $300 in cash or activities and some people have reported getting even $400!

Money for T/S

I wouldn't go for less than $300 ++ like hotel credits, dinner cruise etc.
one time for a PB Sunset we got $300 plus a $100 resturant credit and a $100 spa credit.

When attending a presentation is it required for spouses to both attend or is there no rules on this? Can a single person get the gifts as well? Thankyou

Most places require a spouse or companion if single. They are more inclined to accept single women but the gifts are half what a couple would get. Few places will accept single men. If they do expect about 1/3 of what a couple would receive. A credit card is also needed to attend.
