We have an opportunity to buy a week 27 for 1500. This is a one bedroon with an ocean view. Maintenance is shy of 700 and trades with II. Does this sound like a good deal? We currently have a week 26 in Williamsburg and think this might be a nice add on or rental when vacation is not possible. Thanks. (typing from my phone so sorry for being short et.al)

Sounds like a fairly good deal to me - Virginia Beach resale is higher, it seems to me, than some other beach communities, due to more limited supply. The Williamsburg add on is nice, too.

This and Ocean Beach Club would be the premier T/Ss at the Beach so it should be good trader. I have heard that the units are small though.

I own several VA Beach timeshares. I never deposit my weeks. Summer weeks rent really well. I would love to add another week of ownership at the beach. :D

Prime time in Virginia Beach is May 31 thru September 1. You should be able to rent your week very quickly.
