I've gotten a couple of e-mails from this website - does anyone know if they are a legitimate company? I've heard of too many scams with these types of websites getting into your PayPal account, so I was hoping someone had some info on them.

I just looked at it. To me it looks like VRBO, a website for people to rent their whole/fractional ownership vacation properties.

I understand what it is, but I'm wondering if anyone has used them and what their success rate has been like.

It seems to be geared more to renting out homes or condos, than timeshares(unless it was a fractional). I've looked at VRBO and talked to some owners about 3+ bedroom homes/Condos in Beaver Creek. A few of my local and not so local fellow ballet/dance fans are looking to do a get together for the Vail Dance Festival in late July-early Aug next yr.

I looked to see if it might be a good place to list my LT ski week, but I think a 2br timeshare kind of gets lost in the private nicely decorated condos with pretty much the whole year or season to book.

It is like VRBO or homeaway.com and caters primarily to private condos/homes. It costs $49/year to advertise. I actually paid the $49 a few months ago as I do rent out a private villa and already advertise on the above named websites. I have gotten lots of "hits" but no inquiries or rentals from this website (unlike vrbo & homeway from which I have had most of my rentals). The $49 is tax deductible, but if I do not get a rental from this site, I will not renew next year. Prior to paying the money, I emailed an owner who advertised on the site to ask about his experience with the site. It is legit, but, as I say, it has not yet generated any rentals for me.
