A friend owns in PV. She would like to turn back her contract. Is that doable ... everything is paid for including maintenance fees. Thoughts?

Should be possible...but no guarantees.
UVC (the timeshare management company for Villa del Palmar) has a policy that a member may surrender their membership if the contract is paid in full and maintenance fees are current. Your friend needs to call Resortcom (the processing company for Villa del Palmar) and make her request. They may ask for a processing fee and/or to pay one additional maintenance fee.

First thought is what type of contract your friend has . If it is a one bed winter premiere or gold week it would go fast in the bargain section of tug. Transfer fee is $250.
Resortcom is the company your friend pays the mf to. They can answer the question about giving the contract back. In the past UVCI did take these back. There is no link on their website anymore as the club has split into different companies.
