Villa del Palmar - Premier, Gold or nothing

I can't believe the number of questions I have. I'm reviewing timeshares particularly Villa del Palmar Vallarta. I stayed there and really enjoyed it. What is the difference when on the sale form they mention premier or gold and should I care as long as I get the TS I want for a decent price

Gold memberships have a few advantages especially with booking. Both allow use at all UVC resorts. Gold membership pays a higher maintenance fee. If the cost and number of years left on the contract are close I would go gold. Other wise Premier will work well. I have a premier at VDP in PV and used it to stay 2 weeks at Villa Del Arco last July and traded fro 2 Hawaii weeks with it for next July.
