These contracts have some value on the resale market. You may try to sell here on TUG or through RedWeek, as long as you don’t have an outstanding loan or mortgage on the contract.

If you can't use or pay for it, there is no use sweating it. Stop paying, and take whatever consequences come about. I suspect you'll get some fairly pushy letters, but after cancelling your membership, there's little they can do. You can check with them to see if there is a way to transfer your membership to someone else, and what it might cost. You can then make an informed decision on your next moves.

Call resortcom to see if there are options. Resortcom has offered a golden ticket which reduces the membership cost by reducing the points you own. You could sell this with debt on the contract if it is resort financed and you get permission from the membership management which is likely resortcom. Once you have permission to sell this with the debt you are good to sell.
