Hi TUG Community,

I'm seeking insights from anyone who has purchased a Villa Del Palmar Cancun contract on the resale market. An owner is looking to sell me his contract number starting with 26 but is unclear on what happens post-resale. I contacted Resortcom for more information after receiving the estoppel, but they wouldn't discuss it with me since it's not my contract, leaving me without assistance. Does anyone who bought contract numbers starting with 26 on the Villa Del Palmar Cancun resale market have any information on what occurs? Can I still book Tafer & Villa Group resorts, or does the contract switch to only Villa Group properties after resale?
