I AM GIVING AWAY FULL OWNERSHIP OF A Villa AT THE LAS VEGAS, NEVADA POLO TOWERS ON THE LAS VEGAS STRIP (GREAT LOCATION). THE SUITE CONSISTS OF 1 BEDROOM AND 1 BATHROOM AND SLEEPS FOUR VERY COMFORTABLY. THE SUITE HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH MICROWAVE, STOVE, UTENSILS, REFRIGERATOR ETC. MY OWNERSHIP IS 100% CURRENT AND LIEN FREE. THE TIMESHARE IS ALSO PAID OFF COMPLETELY. MAINTENANCE FEE IS $780 ANNUALLY. NEW OWNER ONLY HAS TO PAY THE TRANSFER/HANDLING FEES, WHICH IS $350 TOTAL FOR 100% OWNERSHIP OF THE TIMESHARE!

Ownership Type: Deeded Floating week
Have not used timeshare since 2006 due to family obligations.
 
Contact the Loss Mitigation Dept. to deed this back to them if you have no takers.
 
I called Diamond Resorts, but the person I talked to on the phone says they do not want timeshare. Maybe I will try again and ask for Loss dept.
 
The most recent contact with loss mitigation indicates the window has closed. DRI has an issue with a huge special assessment at one of their resorts and the word is they are no longer accepting deed backs.

The Villa's is a very nice resort, great location and has always traded very well for us in the past. A couple of years ago we moved our Villa's, along with our Suite's week, into DRI's points based exchange program.

For anyone wondering, I have our 2012 MF's (2 bedroom unit) and they remainded the same as 2011 (no increase).
