Which resorts sell according to view?

For example, on Ebay I see the view listed for the Hawaii resort but not CA Newport Coast? Does it sell according to view?

There are a few resorts, such as NCV, which don't have view categories.

Others have 2 or more view categories, with OF > OS or OV> IV (oceanfront, oceanside, ocean view and island view, respectively). In resorts where there are both OS and OV you have to look at which is the premium view; in Aruba, OS>OV, but there is at least one other resort where the opposite is true (I forget which one(s)).

Another resort you would think would have sold based on view is Beach Place Towers; however, they have no view designations.
