Click the monthly fee on assessment page and it breaks it down. National harbor deed.
$2.59 maintenance fees
$0.73 reserve fund
$0.38 property tax
$3.70 total without program fee

Not really, but It doesn't show up on the dashboard when you log in, so you're not reminded how much you pay every time you log in. You have to do a few clicks to get there.

Unlike this lovely pop up that I'd love to skip out on foreverrrrrr! Why would they show us this every time (well, most times, lol) we log in?
