I have owned with Grupo Mayan and Vida Vacations for more than 10 years. All of our ownership are old contracts with 10% transfer fee and the Vacation Fair weeks included. We purchased them fairly inexpensively from other owners and never from the resort.

As always, Vida Vacations asked us to attend the owner update and after offering some money etc. we accepted the invite. I have as a result of the update more questions than answers. They offered to upgrade us to the Grand Entertainment Collection. It seems like an upgrade to the Grand Bliss with the right to use the park. Is this correct? Does anyone have more information on this topic?

They also offered us the Premium Silver membership with 12 months reservation time etc. Can someone explain what is Gold and Platinum?

Thanks in advance and no we did not upgrade but are ultimately interested to align what we own with our vacation interests.

I am not familiar with the Grand Entertainment Collection. I know they have some new units that are almost, MP, GM, & GB units that will be over by the Amusement Park area in Nuevo. I have not heard of the Premium Silver membership either, but have not taken the update since 2014. I do know that Gold is pretty much like the Profile A that they used to have. (We had Profile A and now have Gold with our Grand Luxxe and can book 12 months out.) Platinum is for those who have purchased a lot of units or more than 1 Grand Luxxe Spa unit (not just the Studio) or the large 3 & 4 bedroom Residence units. The more $$$ you invest with them, the higher your membership level.

I know Grand Collections contract includes Grand Bliss. Maybe Grand Entertainment collection is new.

Thanks for everyone's insights. I am still trying to find out from the sales team what is really included in this Grand Entertainment Collection and in which property the registered weeks are. When I have more info I will post. I was hoping someone had already bought one of these Grand Entertainment Collection contracts.
