Can someone please explain to me what is meant when an owner says they are a "Platinum owner" with Vidanta? I have asked multiple times on the Vidanta Facebook blogs but get totally ignored. Just curious what extra privileges they supposedly have and why it is such a secret. If there are other "levels" (NOT Resort levels) what is the difference?
