Vidanta Grand Luxxe questions

We will be exchanging into Vidanta Grand Luxxe NV from Interval Internatinal, and I was wondering if I will hear from them to set up transfers from airport or should I call ...and who should I call .... I just have my Interval International confirmation.

Also my reservation is from Friday to Friday but our plane only gets there on Sat ....I wonder if I could change that reservation from Sat-Sat ( even if it is a trade with interval ....)

We have a somewhat similar situation for two weeks in January 2019. First week is at GL in NV Saturday to Saturday. The second week is at the Marina MP in PV Friday to Friday.
I figured we would just go to the MP one day late on Saturday. Never thought to ask them if I could switch it to Sat to Sat from Fri to Fri. If anyone has had luck doing that, I would be interested in hearing how they went about it.

The last time I arranged transportation from the airport to Grand Luxxe NV, I emailed shuttleservice@vidanta.com. I received a voucher right away. Call 800.292.9446 to attempt to change to Sat-Sat.

Thanks ! I was able to arrange transportation but they would change the reservation date since it was done through Interval ....Anyhow we look forward to see and wnjoy the Grand Luxxe !

You can book - Ocean Breeze - ( which is the Vidanta Sea Garden ) via hotel booking websites
just a walk down the beach towards the NV marina . You will need a cab ride for your luggage .

I thought the Ocean Breeze units were now used for the Cirque de Soile staff. Maybe they inverted some of the unfinished MP units for them and kept Ocean Breeze.

Phyllis - I meant in Nuevo / I think in Riviera Maya you are correct that Cirque staff is using that facility
That said - in Feb. at SG Nuevo our next door " neighbor" was a performer at Santuario - and was there until April
