"Very Important Call" from Corporate?

The last three days we've received voice messages from Corporate saying that it is a "very important call" based on a review of our account... I'm thinking it's just a sales pitch (again).

I inherited a small ownership from my father - Ocean Blvd. 127K points annually. It's tied to this property specifically. The call referenced that we'd be having "much higher maintenance fees" and the fact that it was tied to one property (presumably that it was not Club Wyndham Access).

I don't think there is any need to return the call - what do you all think? I really don't want to buy anything further - at least not from them!

Thanks! RobM88

I think your instinct is right. Very important communications can be achieved through email.

Right, and the really critical stuff they eventually get around to putting in writing as a CYA doumentation effort. it's like those scammer IRS calls. IRS NEVER calls without a pre-arranged appointment that they first put in writing. No letter, call is a scam or sales pitch.

I get calls from 'Corporate'. I know they are scammers, but I play along for a while (screw with them), get their hope up and ask if I can go get my timeshare info so we can talk about it. I put the phone down and walk away while they are waiting for me to return. After about an hour I go back and no one is there. I don't know how long they waited, but it puts a smile on my face.
