I agree this is an excellent idea. How many members belong to Wyndham (200,000 - 400,000 this is just a guess).

According to the Wyndham Worldwide Vacation Ownership page (link) -> 750,000. Of course, the lion's share is FF with over 500k owners.

Thx for starting this group. I have been trying to get on to the yahoo site for 2 wks now. Can anyone help in that regard???
I am new to FF.....2 resorts.....154K each...bonnet creek and pagosa. I am looking for any and all help / learning avail.

This forum actually exists because of the problems with the yahoo group (i participate on it)

Apparently the owner/moderator of the group has become MIA and since he is the only one who can approve new members...the group suffers in that regard.

Some of the longtime members have been working very hard to get yahoo to turn over the groups admin functions to them, but I have not heard of any progress on it.

I hope they get it working however, that is a really good and active yahoo group!

I will keep those of you who cant get in updated as news comes in!

Worldmark is not "owned by Wyndham"!

Worldmark is not "owned by Wyndham". Worldmark owners own Worldmark, and Trendwest develops new Worldmark resorts and has the exclusive right to sell new Worldmark points. Much unlike Fairfield, Pahio and Trendwest which are all "owned" by Wyndham. We are affiliated with and much under the control of Wyndham, but the majority of Worldmark owners buy because we are NOT "owned by Wyndham". Can the reference to "owned by Wyndham" in the headings/explanations about this new forum be changed to something like "affiliated with", please?

I think it is a good idea to put discussions in relation to these companies together, as Wyndham will sure be taking actions that will affect all of them. Thanks.

I made the change to provide consistency with press releases by Wyndham, which doesn't use either of the terms "owned by" or "affiliated with".
