My daughter bought me a Vera Bradley handbag for me for Christmas. Some of the stitching is coming out on one of the handles. Does anyone know if VB has any kind of a guarantee? My daughter bought it at the gift shop in the hospital that she works in, and I'm not sure if they would even know what to do with the bag since the gift shop is run by all volunteers.

Hi Ann-Marie, I got a Vera Bradley bag also for Christmas...haven't used it yet but you might find what you're looking for a verabradley.com. Had dinner with Janette and Tommy last night...all is well at SCHH..lots of rain yesterday, cold today but rest of week is supposed to be lovely. Hope to see you here soon. My dh walked almost to your lot today but was stopped by construction...linda
