VDP Flamingos Membership

Looking at a TS at VDP Flamingos. It's supposedly a Premier membership. What exactly is a Premier, I thought all of Flamingos were Gold. Thanks for any help. Also if you buy a TS VDP on resale do you automatically become a member of Universal Vacation Club

Premier is older than gold. Shorter window for reservations at non home resort. Check www.myuvc.com. look for HOA tab. Then look for link to uvc bylaws. All the different memberships and privileges are described there. Yes, you become a member in uvc.
