Van rental for vacation

Going to Florida from NC in early Apr. We are trying to avoid taking 2 or 3 cars for our large group. Does anyone know of any good discount for a 12 passenger van. Every site I look at wants around $1000. for the week, we never rent so we don't know the secrets of the rental market.
