My wife and I will be staying at Timber Lodge on points starting June 6. We have titanium elite status. Will we still need to pay the valet parking fee? TIA.

We will be both there and Grand Residence next week. As I understand it, if booked with MVC points the 1st car is free and additional cars get charged. Son and GF are coming up to join us next weekend so we're looking at 2 nights of valet parking fees, I think.
If you run like a valet, maybe. You can always unload bags in the check in area and then go park at Harvey's for free. I'm actually doing that right now (in the middle of a 4 day "encore" visit). Saves $30/day + tips and you can actually get to the car a little faster than waiting for the valet.

Interesting. Good info. I had heard that Harrahs is charging for parking. Good to know that Harvey's is not.You can always unload bags in the check in area and then go park at Harvey's for free. We are going to have company tomorrow. How did Harvey’s work out?You can always unload bags in the check in area and then go park at Harvey's for free. Harvey's (and Harrah's across the street) stopped charging for parking during the pandemic. I assure you when I visited about 2 years ago during ski season, parking was being charged. (Elite Harrah's/Harvey's customers plat or higher get free parking by swiping their Total Rewards card.) Parking at Harrah's was still cheaper than the daily rate at TL at that time.We are going to have company tomorrow. How did Harvey’s work out?
Has anyone else used Harvey’s parking recently? Anything I should know if my guests park there?

So just know that while they have stopped charging for parking during the pandemic, that can revert back to the old policy at any time (and they have the gate infrastructure in place to enforce it).

I thought a studio got a parking space. We ended up in a 1 BDRM + Studio at TL using DPs and didn't get charged for the 2nd car. Could have been a snafu but we were pleasantly surprised.
We stayed with just 1 car at GR SUN - THU using DPs and didn't get charged anything (which is as it should be.)
YMMV
We're going up next week. I just got an email from them with a section called, Know Before You Go. And it says "...please note that face coverings are now required in all indoor resort public areas — regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status..."I am here this week. On Monday I snagged a last minute studio for a friend for one night. We were not charged for their valet parking. I cannot report on the casino parking as we haven’t gone down that way. The gym and kids clubhouses are closed. We were told the Grand Residence accepts limited number of TL guests in their gym if requested. There have been some limited kids activities at the pool area. Due to staffing shortages, several of the restaurants here are not doing take out orders in the evening. Heavenly Village was a madhouse over the July 4th weekend. Weather has been great!
California private businesses have the right to set their own rules with regard to face coverings -- since TL sits on the CA side of Stateline, they would be required to follow CA laws and regulations. If that's what the email said, then I would expect it to be true as of when the email was sent. We're going up next week. I just got an email from them with a section called, Know Before You Go. Is that true?
Thx
