Valdoro Annual Fees Split In Two Parts

I logged in and noticed the second part of Valdoro fees now due. I only see an amount due in my online account, no actual invoice, no email notification, no due date. Will an actual pdf invoice be posted online? How does it usually work? What is the due date?

For context, the first part was billed on November 19, 2011, and due January 1, 2022. This is for a 2br:

01/01/2022 2022 Operating Fee - 509.71
01/01/2022 2022 Reserve Fee - 533.91
01/01/2022 2022 Real Estate Taxes - 55.00
01/01/2022 Voluntary ARDA Fee - 5.00

Now I see another $509.71 due in my online account.

Yes, you will get an additional invoice. It is due 7/1/22

Valdoro splits the Operating Fee into two payments, one billed in November and one in May. The full amount of the Reserve Fee and Real Estate Taxes are included in the November bill.
