The MF are 1222 per year paid in quarterly payments of $305.36. The one bedroom unit can sleep 4 or 5. There is a queen bed and a single in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom closes off to the living room with a folding accordian door. Full kitchen and living room with fireplace. Free parking. Courtesy shuttle to the slopes. We have owned this for 20 years and it has been an awesome trader for us in II. New owner must be credit approved by HOA. Owner will pay all transfer fees as well as pay Jan and April quarterly payments.
