We have a 1 BR at Vail Run in Vail Colorado that we are willing to give away absolutely free. We will do the closing for free and pay all transfer fees. Vail has always been a great trader in the II system for us. We've owned this for 8 years. There are no special assessments. Take over quarterly payments. of 197.92 which also includes taxes. Also RCI gives 31 tpus for this week. First use is 2013. Fixed week 15. Dates are April 13-20. Week 15 is usually the last ski week of the year. 31 tpu's can buy 2-3 weeks on RCI. We have made reservations for some great units on sale at 5 tpu's, but normally we spend 10-15 for very good weeks in Vegas, or Florida. Absolutely no cost! Just take over quarterly maintenance fees.
