Giving away my timeshare. There are 61,668 points in RCI that will transfer with it, with 30,834 points allocated yearly on December 1st. Maintenance Fees are due tri-annually with the next one due in 2019. Maintenance Fees and taxes are $812 every 3 years. This unit is the most points you can get for the maintenance fee (I believe). Also, you get reduced exchange fees if you exchange within the resort group and an extra vacation certificate that you can use (exchange fee only -no need to use points).

Let me know if you are interested. This is a great price point for RCI points. Buyer to pay all fees associated with transfer thru LT Transfers.

Grandview At Las Vegas

[triennial - points]
This is 1 of the best el freebo timeshare giveaway offers you're apt to come across.

All Vacation Village At Parkway ownership is 2BR lock-offs (really, 2 adjoining stand-alone 1BR condos connected by private vestibule), & all Vacation Village At Parkway use-year maintenances fees are the same amount money regardless of points-value or demand-season. That's what makes this giveaway offer so attractive -- it's for the triennial version of a 2BR unit worth 92,500 points for exactly the same maintenance fee as triennials worth fewer points.

Full Disclosure: We formerly owned a triennial Vacation Village At Parkway 2BR points unit worth 92,500 use-year points, but no longer. We downsized -- sold off the Vacation Village At Parkway triennial 2BR points unit & bought an eBay Grandview At Las Vegas triennial 1BR points unit. We now get about 1/2 the points for approximately 1/2 the maintenance fee. (But we pay 1/3 of the use-year maintenance fee every year for Grandview, by contrast with Vacation Village At Parkway, where we paid the full amount every 3rd year & nothing in the 2 off years. Grandview & Vacation Village At Parkway are both links in the same corporate chain, so it's semi-amusing that their triennial maintenance fee billing policies are different.)

Thank you for the plug... Also to note, that even though you only HAVE to pay every 3rd year, you can pay on the website anytime you'd like, so if you wanted to pay by the month or year to keep it reasonable, you certainly could!
