Vacation Village at Parkway
Free! 2BR-2BA lock off at Vacation Village Parkway near Disney. Fixed week #49 (December-in 2026 that 12/5 thru 12/12), Biennial even...meaning you can stay even years and deposit for odd years. The maintenance fees are also due on biennial even years; in 2026 it's $1,296 or $648.
 
Just to confirm, this is every other year? Will it trade into Interval?
