I have looked at a few Vacation Village at Parkway 2 bedroom unit timeshares on various sites but they seem to have different annual maintenance fees. I have seen $835 all the way to $1,045.
Could that be right that different units or weeks have different maintenance fees?

The variation is likely due to Florida tax . Some listing will quote the total cost
others will list MF without the tax . I believe $ 1,045 is the current all in cost .

VV - Parkway ownerships are primarily fixed weeks . Some were sold with
RCI point conversion amounts . There is a variation in the point value based on the underlying week . I assume higher point weeks cost more from the developer . If you are looking for a week that is also in RCI points go for the highest point value ( 92,500 - 75,000,- 55,000 - I believe are the values ) - because the MF is the same for all.

Thank you. I was looking at an eBay listing where they quoted the low $800 maintenance fees. You are right. When they gave me the estoppel it showed after tax was $1045. The listing did not come with points but it is a week 51 so supposed to have higher TPUs. I am not jumping on it though because I can see that the TPU’s although high seem to be on the decline from prior years.

You will get the most TPU’s by depositing each side as a separate one bedroom unit into RCI .

Week 51 -

Yes, separately they each get about 36 so 2 separate units is 72. But, I did a search here on TUG that just 4-5 years ago, both sides could yield 90 TPUs combined.

72 TPU = $ 14.50 cost per TPU / that is quite good .

I am sure there are some TUGGERS with better - but finding the needle in the haystack isn't easy , and what you found sounds pretty good IMO , if the initial cost is low . VV - MF seem stable as well -based on historic MF levels.
