That's odd; I starting getting those before I owned elsewhere with Vacation Village. You might try calling the Vacation Village Concierge number and ask them what gives. Here's the contact info (n.b., the list of resorts linked includes Massanutten):

Coming into this late, with only a few days to try to find a week or 2 but does anyone know is this offer per week that you own or per membership? For example, I own 2 weeks at Williamsburg, one Regal Vistas and one Grandview. Two weeks are RCI points, 2 weeks are RCI weeks. Do I qualify for 2 weeks or possibly 4?

I own 1 week at multiple VV locations. I was only offered 1 week.

For the 35th Anniversary, when I used them I was told it is per RCI account number, so RCI gave me one in my weeks account and one in points.
