Vacation Villa Rentals on St. John

I am looking for a vacation villa (home) rental for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) on St. John during the second week of July. Does anyone have any information on Sea View Villa in Chocolate Hole or Windchime Villa on Gift Hill? Any information known about these villas or the areas would be appreciated.
