I love this site.
The listings are free for a year. It comes up on various search engines when you do a search on timeshare rentals. I have several timeshare weeks for sale on that site. I want to get rid of some of these ten weeks.
With redweek increases and myresortnetwork not getting many responses for my ads, maybe this is the new redweek. You don't have to pay a membership to search, plus the listings are free for a limited time. You can't beat free.
Crownshare.com has a great rate for listing as many weeks for sale or rent as you want, but there is not much activity, since the site doesn't show up on any search, with any search engine. I wrote the guy an email, telling him that he needs to make sure his site shows on the first two pages on google aol or yahoo. It costs money for that, but he obviously isn't willing to pay anything to get his name out there. What a shame, to set up a rental/purchase site for a great price, then to choose not to make it easy to find. Maybe he doesn't understand search engines.
