Vacation Request in Interval for Feb 4 to 18/2022

I placed a vacation request for Fort Lauderdale, Feb 4 to 18/2022 at the end of June 2021.

I am starting to panic since when manually looking there are no resorts available anywhere in Florida except Orlando.

I do not want to stay in Orlando for 2 weeks, I prefer Fort Lauderdale since we own week 7 8 9 at Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.

Do you think something will open up for me. Exchanging is new to me as we have always used our units, but due to Covid last year we had to deposit the weeks.

we exchange our Grande Vista ALL THE TIME. The only time I've not gotten my choice since 2007 is Florida in the winter. Sorry. Maybe it's time to try a different part of the country. Southern California can be lovely. Arizona, New Mexico are grand.

You may want to add in any other locations that would be acceptable to your ongoing search.

Try farther north on the Atlantic coast. Cocoa Beach area is nice that time of year.

I have put in a trade for next February 2022 for multiple locations in the West. I have also been watching and seems very limited anywhere to trade in II. Orlando is even limited in availability. I hope as we get closer more trades will show up. I am also concerned and looking for alternatives to II.

Fort Lauderdale in February is peak season for all the cruise companies in Florida. Plus, mature adults liked to spend their winter months in the sunshine state.IMHO
