Madge, are the Vacation Guides on Commission?

I recently spent time with one booking an exchange and we discussed the fact that I had timeshares to bank but I absolutely do not recollect asking that they be banked. I later went in to my account and the weeks were not there???? But then I found them in the waiting confirmation to be banked list. I had to hustle to get the MF's paid (and they are still not confirmed).

this is not a big problem for us because I intended to bank them but I think it is unfair to others who never asked that their weeks be banked.

and, no I had not been drinking when I talked to her )), but I did update my membership too...

....made me wonder about what their incentives were.

I do appreciate what you do for Tuggers! Thanks!

Enjoy every sandwich!

quince,

RCI offers its employees merit increases at the end of each year. Since RCI Guides are instrumental to RCI's profitability, productivity does figure into the equation for pay increases.

It is never acceptable for your week to be deposited before you give us the green light. I'm sorry to hear the Guide took that action. Please let us know if anything like this happens again - it is just not something we would want to let go by.
